The research presented used a vitamin supplement daily for 6 months compared to a placebo. They did find interesting results that were deemed significant at reducing symptoms and improving quality of life for the patients taking the vitamin.
They also measured a decrease in objective eye floater area in the patients taking the eye floater supplement.
Important things to note about this study
This study only had about 60 participants (so low sample size)
There was some conflict of interest acknowledged

Symptoms of Eye Floaters to know
– New floating spots in your eyesight
– Flashes of lights in your vision
– Blurred vision
– Vision loss or dark curtain coming into view
