Just my experience. Sorry about the focus (I can see it now a video about clearing up vision and the video is blurry lol)
Do your own research and see. My eye doc said it was probably unrelated to me taking vitamins. But after 4 months most of them are gone. Also its IU not Milligrams on some of them Like the d3 and the Vitamin E
