Scleroderma is a challenging disease to treat. Doctors have figured out good ways to address the complications, but what about therapies to treat the underlying disease? Rheumatologist Robert Spiera, MD, describes a new possible strategy that takes aim at B cells. The therapy is currently being studied through a clinical trial.
